My own personal experience - 50 users on a scratch database (sandbox for developers) running 8i on NT. After experiencing severe slowdowns after 3 weeks running and one final bluescreen, standard operating procudure is to reboot the box once a week to keep it going. This is NT w/ SP5 and nothing else.

Others opinions will vary, but I'm not a big fan of Oracle on NT.
