I am trying to installed Oracle 8i std. edition on a RedHat 6.2
Linux box. After setting up the environment (incl. installed JRE
1.1.6 v6) I run the installation script and get the following error:
Initializing Java Virtual Machine from /usr/local/jre/bin/jre. Please
wait...
Error in CreateOUIProcess(): -1
: Bad address
Any ideas about what Im doing wrong?
