Simple Job Fails on OEM

I am testing the use of OEM (v1.6). I have scheduled a simple job StartDB (provided from OEM) and I have scheduled it to shutdown one of the database that I have discovered. However, it always fails. the detail description says

Failed to authenticate user

Where / What did I go wrong ?

I have tried manually to shutdown the same database from right-clicking the Database and it works fine.

Any ideas ?!
