Oracle/Sybase Tool

Is anybody aware of a tool which could be used to port PL/SQL code to T-SQL and vice versa? I have a Oracle database with procedures/triggers and the like which need to be rewritten for Sybase.. what would be the best/most expedient way to accomplish this.. Any help at all would be appreciated.. Thanks.
