Solaris 2.6 will support large filesizes over 2GByte, but the 32-bit Oracle utilities may not (for example, imp and exp will not handle files over 2GB). Solaris 7 with 64-bit Oracle should work the same as Tru64.

Note that Solaris 7 and 64-bit Oracle for Solaris are both rather new pieces of software, so be cautious. Also, I read that only 8.1.x is available in 64-bit mode for Solaris 7; the 8.0.x versions having been withdrawn.
