Re: Tuning db_block_buffer

Hello,

• Which hit ratio are you calculating? (sounds remedial, but some folks use the v$ views the wrong way ;-) )
• What is your SGA size?
• How much Physical RAM is on the box?

It's hard to tell what the problem is without some more info...
