Oracle8/8i Limits & Sizing

I'd appreciate a quick response on the issue of O8/O8i as to items such as:

1.) CPUs supported
2.) Max. Memory
3.) # of Users
4.) Max. DB Size
5.) Other H/W etc.
6.) Preferred O/S

I'm trying to size the requirements for a OLTP application for @ 200 concurrent users.

Any other comments greatly appreciated.
