SVRMGRL is the Oracle 8.i name for what used to be called SVRMGR30 (or
something like that, depending on the version).
Its a command line version of SQLPLUS - I use it under NT for running batch jobs and scripts. Its essentially the same as SQLPLUS, but I gather some operations can only be done using SVRMGR.
Its in you regular Oracle bin directory - do a directory of SVRMGR*.* and you'll find it.
