Hi,

I am an admin newbie and was hoping that someone could help me with a problem that I'm having.
I'm trying to backup my Oracle database. When I start the Backup Manager, I get a dialog window prompting me for a password. The username is set to "Internal" and is not changeable. I don't know what password to enter. I've tried the sys, system and user passwords.
None work.
The result being that I cannot backup my database. Is there a default internal password that I do not know about?
