LISTENER.ORA & Reports CGI 6.0 *** Urgent!

I have a problem with Oracle Reports Server/Reports CGI. When i try to request a small output(pdf) thru' reports CGI, the report comes out fine. But when a report of huge size say 10 pages is requested, only part of the report has data (say 2 pages with data and 8 pages without data). It is for sure that somewhere 'time-out' occurs and the reports cgi or oracle listener returns the control to web server with whatever it has then. COuld someone give me a hint as to where to set this up TIME_OUT or CONNECT_TIME_OUT kind of parameters to oracle listener ( and if there is one to reports cgi too).

Btw, what should be done to bring this parm. to effect once app. control file is edited.
