I've just started using the OAS. The Oracle press book is good and there is some Oracle documentation you can get from the Oracle tech site. But there are gaps you'll have to fill in with some trial and error. If you have Metalink support you may be able to get some help there. In my opinion not everyone on Metalink has a lot of experience with this product and the quality of the answers may vary.
