We are using EBU 2.2.0.7.

        120.000 Jobs
        200.000 Bfs.

Solaris ( You don't tell anything about OS).

Relink.
If the libok.so is a dynamic library no problem.

    If not libobk.a Yes.
    But it better in that way you check that everythings works.

        Relinks only ebu
            $EBU_HOME/lib/*.mk if I remember well.
No you don't need to register the database again.

    Even it's request EBU will do it for you not like RMAN. The Oracle instance doesn't need to be shutdown only no backup running at that time.
You don't need any system reboot.

The bug with dbcreated which change ( only the part with second isn't solved ). dbcreated has the second which can change, so the database is more than one time register.
