Oracle 8.1.5 on Solaris 2.6... doing a describe of a table when parameter
lines is set to >130 results in a segmentation fault. Anyone know what
might cause this? Note 1016520.102 says the NLS environment is incorrectly
set, but doesn't ellaborate further (currently nls_language and
nls_territory are both set to the American-equivalent values).
