Hi

I've created a database manually using Oracle 8.0.5.0.0 for Linux, in order to import a full database dump, I've done all that correctly and the database is working flawlessly but when I load sqlplus this error messages appear:

ERROR:
ORA-06554: package DBMS_STANDARD must be created before using PL/SQL

Error accessing package DBMS_APPLICATION_INFO ERROR:
ORA-06554: package DBMS_STANDARD must be created before using PL/SQL

Connected to:
Oracle8 Release 8.0.5.0.0 - Production
PL/SQL Release 8.0.5.0.0 - Production

Somebody have a clue of what can happen? Thank you
