Auditing Action Question

Quick audit related question.

In the DBA_AUDIT_TRAIL table their is a column called ACTION which has, among others, enteries of LOGOFF and LOGOFF BY CLEANUP. Curious as to what the difference between LOGOFF and LOGOFF BY CLEANUP is.
