ORA-03127 error

Hi All,

I'm kinda stuck here. I'm receiving ORA-03127 error messages, looked it up in the Oracle Error list but I don't understand what's happening. Does anyone have more information on this error message. I'm running Oracle 8.04, I use the database to leverage an Silverstream webserver running on a different machine. Both are NT servers with heaps of memory and processors. Error message usually occurs during peak load.

Any help would be appreciated
