Experts! Multiple ORACLE_HOMEs

I'm running 8.1.5 on NT4 and still have 8.0.3 on the same server.
I was able to connect to 8.0.3 database via loopback , but no luck via
IP. Even could TNSPING and Listener status OK.



Any suggestions or theory?
