Hi, it's me again. This message follows the message I posted previous. I included the env_precomp.mk (the same as ORACLE_HOME/precom/proc/proc.mk includes) in my application's makefile and compiled the makefile. But "Target "oracle8.0.3/lib/libclntsh.a" is up to date" appeared and the MAKE stopped. It seemed that env_precomp.mk tried to create the libclntsh.a which already exists under the Oracle. I don't know why.
