Finally found Answer in FrontPage 2000 booklet.

here it is.

Remove the precision from the oracle tables change column to number. After doing this the figures showed up. Don't ask me how or why, it just works. After doing this to all the application tables the app works like a charm. I am now testing the application to make sure all components work.
