I tried this one ... does not help a lot. Segment is in 'NEEDS RECOVEY' state and my guess I cannot do anything with it. And I can not recover it since NOARCHIVE option ..

SVRMGR> alter rollback segment TMP_DDM_RBS02 offline; alter rollback segment TMP_DDM_RBS02 offline *
ORA-01598: rollback segment 'TMP_DDM_RBS02' is not online SVRMGR>
