Oracle Administration Assistant for NT

The Oracle installer shows the Adminstration Assistant for NT as having been
installed, in the following location:



d:\Oracle\Ora8i\oracle.mmc.admin



but there is no such file in my Ora8i directory.  That's also a weird file
name for NT, isn't it?



And when I click this Assistant entry on the Start ->Programs->Oracle Menu,
nothing  happens.



Is that Assistant for NT Server only perhaps?
