I installed o8, I am able to start it up, but I am not able to connect
remotedly to it. Oracle DOcs say some BS about SGA ,I tried playing
around with it but no luck. I restarted the server, the machine, no
luck. LIstener is running, tnsnames.ora on local machine is fine (as a
matter of fact I was able to connect to the previous installation). I
have no idea what the heck else to do.
