Oracle 8I on NT multiple instances?

I have multiple databases on my NT 4 server.
I failed to start more than one instance so far.
When I start second instance in svrmgr it is inaccessible via the TNS.
If it my PC is lacking some resources then what resource I can add to work
with a second instance?


If it is a well known problem I'd like to know about it?
In addition I failed to start a second listener service - is any explanation
on this?
