Not much. Those SQL's will be used by people writing little specific applications, while Oracle apps on Linux will be ported by companies selling to other companies, apps that are already debugged and running on other platforms. The threat is probably greater to commodity SQL's like MS. Upgrades like from old foxbase or whatever aren't likely to be Oracleized anyways.

There may be some threat to low-end Oracle apps as the market continues to stratify. But even in those situations, the threat is greater from MS anyways.

As always, Oracle's worst threat is itself. Like pushing Information Appliances instead of Linux.
