Advanced Queueing

I have a question on Oracle 8's advanced queueing. (Oracle 8.04) If I start a queue and either drop the user, or restart Oracle, I cannot use or drop the queue.

I get the error:

Enter value for 1: ds_ip
begin dbms_aqadm.stop_queue( queue_name => 'ds_ip.pmd_sync_q2'); end;

*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kwqiclod: no TOI], [1403], [], [], [], [], [], []

This is easily repeatable, has anyone any ideas? I also seem to get strange locking problems.

Any help appreciated
