I have my TNSNAMES.ORA defined with (SERVER=DEDICATED), and I still
get that error. Since the oracle server is remote, and my remote calls
sometimes take hours, I get that error b/c of router/firewall
timeouts, which my NetAdmin and UnixAdmin still can't fix.
