performance in Oracle -- Rendimiento en Oralce

Hi everybody:

Whe have an Oracle server under Aix and, in this moment whe have change our lan from Novell to NT.

When we had Novell Netware as file server, the performance accesing Oracle database was right but we have noticed that since the lan server is NT, the performance has gone down strongly:

--> The amount of data is the same
--> The changes of code in the application doesn´t justify the
change in the performance.

--> The parameters of Oracle / Aix are the same.

The only diference is the change of file server to NT. Whe think that here is the problem.
Most of the code is stored in the database.

The question is:
¿Do you know if NT as file server affects to the performance accesing to Oracle?

Hola a Todos:

    Tenemos un servidor AIX con una base de datos Oracle, y hasta ahora hemos tenido un servidor de ficheros Netware de Novell 3.12 . Nuestra aplicación ERP hecha en developer 2000, con el servidor Novell tenía un rendimiento aceptable, logicamente el aplicativo estaba en un directorio de red.

    Ahora hemos migrado la red de Novell a NT, pero la base de datos Oracle sigue estando en el mismo servidor AIX, pero coincide en el tiempo que hemos notado que los procesos fuertes han tenido una degradación en el rendimiento bastante importante.

--> El conjunto de datos a tratar es similar
--> El código de la aplicación no ha sufrido cambios que justifiquen
peor rendimiento.

--> Los parámetros de Oracle / Aix no han cambiado

Lo único diferente es la red. Creemos que puede venir de ahí el problema.
La mayoría son procesos almacenados en la basa de datos.

La pregunta es ¿hay alguien que haya migrado su red a NT y haya notado más lentitud en sus procesos?
