Invalids after exp 7.3.2 imp 8.0.4

Pleas help!

I'm trying to do a full export/import from 7.3.2 to 8.0.4(SUN solaris SPARC 2.5.1) What I did:

1. Full exp from 7.3.2 as system user
2. Create an empty 8.0.4 same size as old db
3. Full imp to new db as system user(got invalids)
4. Rerun catalog.sql and catproc.sql(still invalids)

After I did imp, I got 3 invalids:

DBMS_AQADM package/body
DBMS_AQ_IMPORT_INTERNAL package body

Recompiled invalids, didn't work.

Tried catnoqueue.sql and catqueue.sql, still got invalid.

Only heard of the name of Advanced queueing option for 8.0.4 but don't know when to use it or if need it?

I assume just like audit option, you can remove it(catnoaud.sql): after I ran catnoqueue.sql, it got rid off DBMS_AQADM invalid but not the other.

Any idea will be highly appreciated, TIA
