oracle on NT sp5

Hi,

I installed oracle 7.3 on WinNT with sp5.

• The instalation process is completed, the demo database is created.
• The services for ORCLstart and ORCLservice are not started.

If I want to start them by hand, a message box with :   "ERR: 0126 The specific module could not be found"

In the eventviewer for Applications is the following :

The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( OracleServiceOrcl ) could not be found. It contains the following insertion string(s): OracleServiceOrcl error: 126, ssnlmini.

Can someone tell me what to do ?
