Not knowing too much about SQL7 but could you connect to the Oracle DB using Access and a ODBC driver and the use access to 'paste' the data definitions and data to SQL server?

I've got Oracle tables and data into access in this way before, so I guess it wouldn't be too difficult to go the extra step.
