oradmin80.exe error on NT

When I'm installing Oracle (Enterprise edition) on NT it keeps coming up
with an oradmin80.exe error and can not connect to the database message.
Any ideas what might be causing this ?


I just wanted to run Oracle ona standalone machine so there is no network
attached (if this is significant)
