Solaris 7 is 64bit, previous Solaris, 2.6 .2.5.1 etc isn't.
Oracle 7.3.3 is Pre Solaris 7 and would be better
installed on earlier versions of Solaris. I have Solaris 7
and 2.6 and 2.5.1 on various machines, some software
runs on all versions some does not. Best advice is to
try it but find out from the Oracle website to see if
they are compatible.
