cannot load tree applet : error

When I tried to start OAS manager this morning the tree applet didn't work anymore. When I tried it in IE, explorer just exits and in Netscape I get a blank left halve screen with the message Cannot load tree applet : error in the status bar. The error has something to do with my windows NT because when I access the manager from another computer, the applet works. I can't find the error, so if anyone knows what's wrong, please tell me. I also tried completely removing OAS and installing it again, but the problem stays.
