Developer Fonts, object sizes

I have a 2 part question ..... First a little background information.

system 1 : Windows NT 4.0

                  Developer 6.0 installed

system 2:   SGI Challenge (running IRIX 6.5.5)
                 Developer/2000 Release 1.6.1

 Are there files out in the ORACLE_HOME area that control the following things in forms:

    font sizes
    button sizes
    window sizes
    etc....

 The original forms were designed on an OpenVMS system running Developer/2000 Release 1.3.2 and then ported to 2 machines above.
