Help!!

Hi there,

I met a problem when I start SQL*PLUS, I got the follwoing error message:

SQL*Plus: Release 8.0.5.0.0 - Production on Sun Nov 21 1:50:3 1999

Enter user-name: system
Enter password:
ERROR:
ORA-06553: PLS-213: package STANDARD not accessible

Error accessing package DBMS_APPLICATION_INFO ERROR:
ORA-06553: PLS-213: package STANDARD not accessible
