I got the connect internal
startup
running
then, after I had a power out on SQLPLUS, it will not start up again

I tried startup nomount pfile="..."
but then couldn't find a command which would let me mount it, with startup mount pfile="..."
it thought the instance was DEFAULT, not DB1, as I had named it

any suggestions would be appreciated.
