What kind of 'access' are you talking about? These are the remote privs:

UNLIMITED TABLESPACE
UPDATE ANY TABLE THe link doesn't have a problem,
somethins like
CREATE TABLE bla AS SELECT * FROM bla_at_hock.world; will work fine.
