Disaster Recovery on IBM OS/390

During our disaster recovery test I tried to startup an Oracle 7.3.3.6.2 instance.
I started from a consistency point on the production site:

On the d/r site the instance doesn't startup. Have I missed something during backup ?

I think that redo logs and rollback datafile can be recreated if I startup the database with the resetlogs option.

Thanks to everybody can help me.
