ORA-12203

I really need help on this one. I try to establish a connection through a IIS server ( web server )with a ODBC connection to a Oracle database. I always receive this message : ORA-12203: TNS : unable to connect to destination.

I'm sure than I'm not the only one working on the Intranet and doing connection to a Oracle database.

I'm able to establish a connection to a Oracle database localy, but when my connection go through the IIS server, I'm always have the same error message.

Oracle version : 8.0.4.
SQL Net version : V2
ODBC driver : 8.00.0400
