Multiple instances and listeners

I have two seperate instances 8.1.5 on the same
machine(DEC-UNIX 4.0f).  They are under the same
ORACLE_HOME.  I have configured listener.ora to
start one listener per instance.  I used port 1521
for one instance and port 1522 for the other. Is
is OK to do it this way or should I use the same
port 1521 for both?
