Oracle 8i problem

Installing Oracle8i on UnixWare 7.1
We have some problem (maybe it because of non correct intallatoin - not all modules maked correct, or maybe not). When we
connect to oracle fist 2 users connect successful, but other get error message ORA-12500.

On server console, at the same time, we see error: "dynamic linker: oracleor8i: can't set protections on segment of length 0x12579a1 at 0xbed06000"

Hardware:
Dell PowreEdge 2100
P Pro-180
