TNS-00510 Error on Oracle 7.2.3/Sun Solaris 2.6

Hi Everybody,
On one of our Sun E-3000 Server having Sun Solaris 2.6 and Oracle 7.2.3 we get a strange error quite frequently while the clients connect to the Database server using SQL*Net V2 (TCP/IP). The following are the errors:

TNS-12500: "TNS:listener failed to start a dedicated server process".
TNS-12540: "TNS:internal limit restriction exceeded"
TNS-12560: "TNS:protocol adapter error"
TNS-00510: "Internal limit restriction exceeded"
SVR4 error : 12 : Not enough space.

This error happens after few client connections are made to the Server. Is this purely an Oracle SQL*Net V2 problem or is it something to do with the Solaris Kernel tuning? If so what should be tuned and how do you find the current settings for the Kernel parameters? Are there any tuning parameters which can be used in the listener.ora?

Thanks in advance.

Arun Kumar
