Re: facing some problems using export with direct=y

I got the ora 4030 error
I got the results from oracle that , I should not use direct=y in export for oracle 7.3.3. . The bug is fixed in oracle 8.0.4 So they told me to upgrade it to 8.04
Is there any other way to forbid this.
