Performance 7.3.3 vs. 8.0.5

Hi,
we migrated a database from 7.3.3 to 8.0.5. and ran our script which performs our most used SQL-statements.
Both databases are on the same machine, use it exclusively and use a SGA of same size, all other parameters are equal.

Our script needs about 8 seconds on 7.3.3 and about 13 seconds on 8.0.5 :-(

Any hints? Other observations for 8.0.6?
