Indeed i am not interested in the Number of Blocks after incremental. But the first Statement i described will work. Rman in Oracle 8.0.5.0.0 seems to have problems in writing filesizes bigger 4GB. After i installed the patch 80520.exe the size was about that size i calculated with the SQL-Statement!
