Hmm....
libclntsh.s0.8.0 should be in you $ORACLE_HOME/lib directory.

login as root, edit the /etc/ld.so.conf file and add the path to the above lib directory. There should be other paths there that can be used as examples.

Once the file is saved, run "ldconfig" as root and then it should be o.k.
