You need the RDBMS and SQL*Net. PL/SQL and SQL*Plus are better for
convenience.
Most of these packages are perfectly a waste of space!

If you can afford more than one disk, distribute ARSYSTEM, ARTMPSPC and redo logs as much as possible.
