Hello Chuck,

I think I don't understand your question. OCI is a part of Oracle8i and there cannot be obtained seperately. All you need is a compiler and lots of time to scan through the (not very dense, I have to admit) online docu.
There are some (two or three :-) examples showing modern OCI usage (i.e. using function called OCI*). HTH
