I have a borland client application using an oracle odbc driver against
oracle 7.3.4 over a WAN. It's performance is not good.



Any hot tuning tips.



I have one theory that I can can improve performance over a WAN by using
the highest possible packet size. We currently get an averages packet
size with send/rec of 270b. Recive we have 400b. Any views on improving
this if it matters.



All other tips appreciated as well.
