Missing Files

Hi,

I'm trying to compile a C program into a stored procedure. Reading documentation supplied by Oracle, i seem to be missing ORA803.LIB and PLS803.LIB, they supposed to reside in ORANT\OCI80\LIB. All machines i have checked in out building don't have these files, even oracle cannot tell me where to find them on CD (yet). If anyone has them, could the email a copy to me at mgumbs_at_nospammie.hotmail.com (remove the nospammie).
